The people you call customers actually seem to feel like you're a part of their lives, which is very telling for a potential customer like me. Good gracious! Just about everything went wrong with my sister's wedding. It was her third marriage, and I don't know what she was expecting mixing her dogs in the ceremony with the swans in a makeshift pool.
