I wanted to tell you that the orchids I sent my mother in the hospital really lifted her spirits. She was thrilled to see them because she has orchids at home that she hasn't seen in almost a month. They couldn't be moved, but I wanted to give her something that reminded her of home. They were delivered in the morning, and I was able to visit her in the early evening. It would be wonderful if we all got the wedding of our dreams, but alas, where I wanted to married at the botanical gardens, my father's budget dictated that we get married at the Elks Lodge. I understand you folks did the flowers and I wanted to tell you how well they all went over. I've been to weddings, and the flowers all seem to be in the background because they're so expected. Well, your flowers were just lovely enough to be a part of the whole scene and also understated enough not to overwhelm everyone. The flowers I sent to my son and daughter-in-law for a congratulations on purchasing a new house actually got there. I mistakenly sent them to the new house address without thinking about escrow and even move-in time. I couldn't be there in person because I'm overseas, so I had to suffer through a night of thinking, "what did I forget?" It didn't hit me until my son called to say they were very appreciative of the flowers I sent. It was then that I remembered giving the wrong address on the form, and I became more confused because they actually got delivered to the right place. I'm bursting with pride at my kids being able to afford houses and I'm also red in the face because I can't even figure out where they are now! I’m appreciative of the lengths you went to in order to resolve a credit card problem. It was partly my fault for waiting till the last minute in order to get my wife flowers for our anniversary.
