Who invented Valentine's Day? He must have been some kind of genius. It's right in the middle of winter when we're all busy trying to keep the winter chill out of the house. I think it's because it's one day where we can forget about things like de-icing the driveway and block heaters and shoveling the sidewalk. After an extended stay in the States, I am prepared to say that I like China better. This is not to say that I would not enjoy a life over there.
