Thanks for being a part of our family hannukkah celebration. Though my father doesn't allow flowers at the table for it, they were all over the living room, courtesy of my mother. My brother is being cared for in his home by several people, including myself and a few home care nurses. I almost needed the flowers that I sent as much as my brother did. I hate to admit that it's very stressful and also very heartbreaking to watch him deteriorate and then get better and then it starts all over again. I don't believe what just happened. I sent flowers to my sister, who was on a business trip across the country. She e-mailed me that she won a big account, so I sent her a congratulations present. Little did I know she checked out early and was already back home! I have never in my life been contacted by a delivery company to tell me that the person I sent a gift to had checked out and would I like to send it to where they are now! My sister got the flowers and I got a big shock as to the quality of your service. You and FTD must have a direct line to one another. What a refreshing attitude!
