Valentine's Day is one of those days where if you have someone to send flowers to, you're happy, but if you don't then you aren't. This year I decided to send out a number of Valentine's flowers to some female acquaintances that I thought I might like to get to know better. As I am writing this, I don't know if any of these will pan out, but I'm glad there was a resource such as you that gave me the opportunity to try something like this. I tried many things before I sold my first house. The thing that did it was your flowers. I don't know if it was the showiness of the flowers or the homeyness or some good mojo, but whatever you do, keep on doing it. Ever since I sold my first house, I've been ordering flowers from you for every showing I've done. My rate is around 80% by the second weekend so far (but who's counting). I've been giving my girlfriend chocolate for the past three years for Valentine's Day. Now she's on a low-carb diet, and I'm not sure how I can give her candy when she's not supposed to be eating it. Of course, she didn't say anything about it. The best present I thought I could give her was flowers. It's true. The flowers went over better than the candy.
