I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. Once on the week before to announce my arrival, and once to arrive on Saturday at my hotel so I could bring them over.
