The "Burst of Joy" bouquet of flowers is really something. My aunt Leslie just about started laughing when she saw it because it's so big and bold and colorful. She fawned over it, even though we've never been close. I think she was impressed by the flowers more than the thought of it because at first she didn't recognize the name of the person who gave them to her (mine). There are two reasons I don’t order online. I’m always afraid I’ll click on the wrong thing, and something will get sent to an unsuspecting family in Siberia. And I don’t trust someone I can’t see. I have to say that your staff was able to handle an old curmudgeon like me who’s afraid of computers. My wife’s anniversary flowers arrived without a hitch. I like that you have a world-wide reach with your delivery services. Being hooked into FTD couldn't hurt with that, right? I work with people all over the world, so it's important that I get whatever to wherever. If that means going with a different package delivery company than I use for domestic because it's more convenient, then fine. But I find that I don't do that with the gifts that I send, normally flowers. I notice that I use you folks wherever I need to send something. I guess I fell into the habit when I realized that you have handled every order I've ever thrown at you with grace and capability. I don't know if it's such a good idea that you have same day delivery, because it doesn't give me a chance to think everything through before things start to happen. I'm getting ahead of myself, I know, but I can't help it. I have all of this nervous energy, wondering what the reaction will be.
