Valentine's Day is one of those days where if you have someone to send flowers to, you're happy, but if you don't then you aren't. I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time.
