Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. I think you've tapped into something here, about how people react to flowers and in what context they receive them probably affects how they are received. Because of some credit card issues, I used more than one flower delivery company to order some accent flowers for a Christmas family celebration.
