It's absolutely lovely that a Brit who lives in Brazil can send flowers to Australia from an American company. This is a brave new world we live in, and I, for one, absolutely love this part of it. Friends of mine sometimes tell me they feel overwhelmed by all of the options and information they have available to them. But I find that there are distinct benefits to living at this time in history, like FTD for example. Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time.
