The people you call customers actually seem to feel like you're a part of their lives, which is very telling for a potential customer like me. I admit I have a problem about this. I am out of control. Flowers sent to people as get well presents who have nothing but a common cold. In almost all cases, the flowers last much longer than the illness. But it's so easy and it makes everyone feel so much better, even when they're feeling miserable.
