I'm talking about how the function of the website - that is, sending flowers - dictated the look and feel of it. It looks like a website that would be a flower delivery company: it's warm, inviting, and easy to navigate. I do websites as a side job, and I was very impressed with the way your ordering system works. Everything's nice and organized, spelled out for the customer without being condescending.
