Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. My younger brother has always felt like he was kind of the forgotten child in the family. He's the youngest of seven, and was the last to do everything. But he was the first to receive your flowers when I sent them to him for his birthday. It just made his day.
