Thank you for getting everything about my Mother's Day flower order right. My mother-in-law is a (ahem) terror about her relationship with my husband. I know the flowers that I sent to her probably won't change that. But my father-in-law called to say that her wife absolutely went gaga over them. Even she couldn't find flaws with how they were delivered or how they looked or the thought behind them. This could have only happened if you got everything right. Every year, I've sent my wife roses for Valentine's Day. This year, I decided to do send something different. You know, just because. I still sent all red flowers, but just not roses. There's a very good reason you were recommended to me by a good friend. There's also a reason that she's a good friend. I have even more respect for her now for steering me in your direction. I can't remember the last time a gift was delivered so smoothly. Maybe it's the fact that it doesn't need to be wrapped in order to feel like a gift. Or maybe it's the fact that you can match the person to the type and color of flowers, giving it the air of personalization, but still essentially be flowers. And doesn't everyone like flowers? I don’t know who else to tell, so I’ll tell you. Our son was killed in Iraq this past year. The conflicting emotions I feel about this are unbearable. We were so distraught that we left most of the arrangements to my brother. He had the good sense to order the flower stands from you. which I never would have thought made a difference. My brother has never been one to display heartfelt emotion, but I felt it when those flowers were next to my son’s civilian coffin at the funeral home. It was not at all what I expected, and it was damn wonderful. I’m sorry, can I say that on your feedback form? I just wanted to get that off my chest. Thank you.(Delta F., Murfreesboro TN )
