I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. Too many times, I've found myself sitting at home on the computer instead of outside enjoying the landscape and the people.
