Because of some credit card issues, I used more than one flower delivery company to order some accent flowers for a Christmas family celebration. I was stunned at the differences between the flowers I ordered from other sites and the flowers I ordered from yours. If there was one thing I would suggest that you change it's the pictures on your website. You need more vivid colors and more impressive foliage. The truly fantastic flowers that my parents get from you (from me) aren't really represented by the pictures on your website. They both have the same visual theme of the red crossing through the white field, but the two of them together at the funeral said just the right thing without having to use any words. I can't believe how many times I've been on a website and there were programming mistakes so bad that I couldn't complete the order.
