I hate to admit that it's very stressful and also very heartbreaking to watch him deteriorate and then get better and then it starts all over again. Thank you for helping my sister-in-law celebrate her 30th birthday in style. She's never really been a part of our family in any meaningful way, even though she tries I think my brother has managed to shield her from much of the family nonsense that might help bring us closer.
