I don’t know who else to tell, so I’ll tell you. Our son was killed in Iraq this past year. The conflicting emotions I feel about this are unbearable. We were so distraught that we left most of the arrangements to my brother. He had the good sense to order the flower stands from you. which I never would have thought made a difference. My brother has never been one to display heartfelt emotion, but I felt it when those flowers were next to my son’s civilian coffin at the funeral home. It was not at all what I expected, and it was damn wonderful. I’m sorry, can I say that on your feedback form? I just wanted to get that off my chest. Thank you.(Delta F., Murfreesboro TN )

I have dealt with certain delivery companies before who could not handle a slight discrepancy in the address with any smarts at all. It seems like if two numbers in a zipcode are transposed, it stops them in their tracks and they delay a couple days and charge you half again as much. I admit that I sometimes get zipcodes wrong. My memory isn’t what it used to be. But someone over there recognized the mistake I made on a flower delivery and it didn’t slow them down a whit. I wish I knew who it was, because I would thank them from an old woman, so I’m saying thank you to you for possibly training your flower delivery people that way.(Bonita R., Houma LA )

I decided to send flowers to myself on my birthday this year. It wasn’t exactly my idea of a perfect gift -- I would rather get flowers from someone else in my office, but that’s a different story.
