My great-grandmother’s funeral was much more sober than any other funeral I’ve been to (to many of them), and I couldn’t figure out why. Finally, it dawned on me, the flowers were wholly inappropriate for the setting. They were the whole color, the wrong style, and too ostentatious for the scene. I found out that the person in our family who normally orders the flowers (from you) had asked someone else to do it this time, and he ordered from someone else. For anyone who has a girlfriend in another part of the country, I have three little words of advice: FTD. It doesn't matter if there's a problem in the relationship, if someone's angry with someone else, if someone misses someone else, or if there's something else going on. Flowers will fix it.
