I called several times to make sure the flowers I ordered made it on time. At first, I wasn’t sure, but it turned out that my aunt just didn’t want to tell me that they had arrived. I don’t know how to figure her out (my other aunt eventually told me about it). In any case, all that worrying was for nothing. I have dealt with certain delivery companies before who could not handle a slight discrepancy in the address with any smarts at all. It seems like if two numbers in a zipcode are transposed, it stops them in their tracks and they delay a couple days and charge you half again as much. I admit that I sometimes get zipcodes wrong. My memory isn’t what it used to be. But someone over there recognized the mistake I made on a flower delivery and it didn’t slow them down a whit. I wish I knew who it was, because I would thank them from an old woman, so I’m saying thank you to you for possibly training your flower delivery people that way.(Bonita R., Houma LA )
