No one ever listens to me. I tell them to order from you guys, but do they listen? They do not. I order flowers and gifts from you guys all the time, and I’ve never had occasion to be dissatisfied. By contrast, those people who don’t listen to me seem like they’re constantly complaining about how this delivery or that had some problem with it (wrong color, wrong flowers, bad quality, etc.). I've been giving my girlfriend chocolate for the past three years for Valentine's Day. Now she's on a low-carb diet, and I'm not sure how I can give her candy when she's not supposed to be eating it. There's a new mother and baby that would like to thank you for the lovely and elegant dendrobium orchid delivered shortly before the baby was delivered. It was the first gift to arrive and it was waiting for me in the room when we all got back. I am writing this on a palm computer in the hospital. I wanted to indicate my appreciation to you, and I am also feigning being busy with something while my mother-in-law is trying to talk to me about the correct raising of my child. I like that you have a world-wide reach with your delivery services. Being hooked into FTD couldn't hurt with that, right? I work with people all over the world, so it's important that I get whatever to wherever. If that means going with a different package delivery company than I use for domestic because it's more convenient, then fine. But I find that I don't do that with the gifts that I send, normally flowers. I notice that I use you folks wherever I need to send something. I guess I fell into the habit when I realized that you have handled every order I've ever thrown at you with grace and capability.
