Well, now I find that I had to, so I looked you up, found out how easy it was to use and I ordered something for my brother, who's "finding himself" or something in Anchorage, AK. My business, at bottom, is about persuasion, and if my persuasive powers are undermined by a poorly delivered PR gift, then I look bad, which makes you look bad.
