Feedback: I was attracted to your website by the professional look of it. And I don't just mean clean graphics and a pretty presentation. I'm talking about how the function of the website - that is, sending flowers - dictated the look and feel of it. It looks like a website that would be a flower delivery company: it's warm, inviting, and easy to navigate. I do websites as a side job, and I was very impressed with the way your ordering system works. Everything's nice and organized, spelled out for the customer without being condescending. I have dealt with certain delivery companies before who could not handle a slight discrepancy in the address with any smarts at all. It seems like if two numbers in a zipcode are transposed, it stops them in their tracks and they delay a couple days and charge you half again as much. I admit that I sometimes get zipcodes wrong. My memory isn’t what it used to be. But someone over there recognized the mistake I made on a flower delivery and it didn’t slow them down a whit. I wish I knew who it was, because I would thank them from an old woman, so I’m saying thank you to you for possibly training your flower delivery people that way.(Bonita R., Houma LA )

Sometimes it seems like my children have all left me for their better lives in other places. At least they find time to let me know they are doing OK. I have been receiving flowers on my birthday and the American Mother's Day for several years. That is a nice custom I think. I noticed of late that the flowers that are coming seem brighter and cheerier, and I ask my children what's changed all of a sudden? They tell me they are using this new website. This is your website. This is your flowers that I am talking about. I am thanking you for somehow convincing them that these new flowers are a better gift because they are much prettier and last longer. No one ever listens to me. I tell them to order from you guys, but do they listen? They do not. I order flowers and gifts from you guys all the time, and I’ve never had occasion to be dissatisfied.
