Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. There's one thing I've found about sending flowers. It has to be the right ones at the right time. There is a general understanding about what kinds of flowers mean what, so when I send red roses, I want it to mean love, and when I send white roses, I want it to mean friendship. When I send mixed colors... I'm not quite sure what that means yet, but I'll get it eventually. My point here is that I am grateful you get everything, every order right. There was one time when I meant to send white roses and the place sent red. I mean, is that right? To this I say NO. You should know that your efforts are appreciated. I love that you have all those geographical locations on your website. Do you use FTD? Oh, Duh... I just noticed that you did. I've often found myself only using FTD for sending flowers just because they seem to be very reputable, and I've never had any problems. I would never have thought to send flowers to my brother to congratulate him on getting a new job. Before I sent him flowers, I wouldn't have suspected that he liked getting them. Maybe he wouldn't have suspected that either. But that was his day when he first went to work. He had the flowers right in front of him as he described the view from his office window. How great was Mother's Day this year? I sent two, count 'em, two sets of roses to my mother this time. Once on the week before to announce my arrival, and once to arrive on Saturday at my hotel so I could bring them over.
