Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. The whole wedding party just about broke down in tears when the bride walked in with her swanlike bouquet of long-stemmed white roses. I hope that doesn't sound flip. I always thought a bouquet in a wedding was gardening flowers - daisies, maybe wild roses, dahlias, you know, like that. But all roses? I never would have ordered them if it was up to me, but she really wanted them. I wouldn't have though of it, but they were really spectacular. OK. I have to tell someone about this. I was in the running for a good job at a reputable company. After a series of interviews that went OK but not spectacular, the recruiter told me I was a finalist out of five people. I’ve never done this before, but my mother told me to send flowers. I thought, what the heck? So I did. I skiffed over to your site and sent everyone who interviewed me a small bouquet as a thank you. About a week later, I got the job. Now, I’d like to think that it was my stellar experience and mad skills that got me the job, but I’m glad that those flowers may have given an extra push to the people on the interviewing committee. If there was one thing I would suggest that you change it's the pictures on your website. You need more vivid colors and more impressive foliage. The truly fantastic flowers that my parents get from you (from me) aren't really represented by the pictures on your website. It would be wonderful if we all got the wedding of our dreams, but alas, where I wanted to married at the botanical gardens, my father's budget dictated that we get married at the Elks Lodge. I'm not complaining, really. In fact, it worked out perfectly and everything went off without a hitch -- so I've been told. I understand you folks did the flowers and I wanted to tell you how well they all went over. I've been to weddings, and the flowers all seem to be in the background because they're so expected. Well, your flowers were just lovely enough to be a part of the whole scene and also understated enough not to overwhelm everyone.
