I've often found myself only using FTD for sending flowers just because they seem to be very reputable, and I've never had any problems. I decided to be audacious this year and send my boyfriend, who is in Peru with his family for the moment, a series of flower bouquets. One a day for a week until his birthday. The reason it was so audacious is that his family is in the florist business and use FTD every day.
