I was first attracted to your site because of your descriptions of the flower meanings. I’m in the flower trade (OK, I’m a delivery guy), and I didn’t know half the stuff that was on there. Last year, I ended up getting daisies and ivy (marriage and loyal love) for my anniversary. I’m ashamed to say that I didn’t use your site to order. The ones I got were OK, but I felt a little guilty for not ordering from you. This year, I finally ordered that same combination from you. It was a special order, so I talked with one of your service people. I was impressed with them, but that’s not why I’m writing. Both my wife and I were blown away with how much better and more professional your arrangement looked than the one I got last year. Your flowers are always so lovely. I had to ask my sister-in-law where she got the amazing florist specialties for a recent funeral. She’s been sending flowers and plants to everyone for a while now, and I’ve never thought to ask where they were from. The funeral did. She wasn’t even really a relative. This is a strange story, I know, but I had to get flowers not just to an address, but to a specific location within that address. Worst of all, it wasn't marked anywhere. My cousin is a stand-up comedian, and the flowers for him were for his first steady gig in L.A. They had to be right off-stage behind the curtain so as he came off, the flowers would be presented to him in his hands. My God, I can't believe they were there at just the right time. I was nervous as a cockroach at a tap-dance contest, but everything worked out OK. The whole wedding party just about broke down in tears when the bride walked in with her swanlike bouquet of long-stemmed white roses. I hope that doesn't sound flip. I always thought a bouquet in a wedding was gardening flowers - daisies, maybe wild roses, dahlias, you know, like that. But all roses? I never would have ordered them if it was up to me, but she really wanted them. I wouldn't have though of it, but they were really spectacular. I simply love all the choices that you have. I like that you have other things besides just flowers, like plants and FTD baskets of gift foods. That's good choices right there.
