I went a little crazy and bought a lot of your bouquets for people on my birthday list. Almost all of them have birthdays in August for some reason, and I just wanted to save time by ordering from the same place. Much to my surprise, every single delivery arrived with no problems at all. Good grief! Twenty birthday bouquets delivered with no problems! I’m appreciative of the lengths you went to in order to resolve a credit card problem. It was partly my fault for waiting till the last minute in order to get my wife flowers for our anniversary. I was a little stressed about it being such a time crunch and my credit card problem, and I yelled at your customer service person. I apologize. Thank you for getting everything about my Mother's Day flower order right. My mother-in-law is a (ahem) terror about her relationship with my husband. I know the flowers that I sent to her probably won't change that. But my father-in-law called to say that her wife absolutely went gaga over them. Even she couldn't find flaws with how they were delivered or how they looked or the thought behind them. This could have only happened if you got everything right. Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time.
