Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. I don't know if it was the showiness of the flowers or the homeyness or some good mojo, but whatever you do, keep on doing it. Ever since I sold my first house, I've been ordering flowers from you for every showing I've done. My rate is around 80% by the second weekend so far (but who's counting).
