Mother's Day is one of those days where it seems I have too many mothers. I have to send something to my step-mother, my grandmother, my step-grandmother, my grandmother on my father's side, my sister (who is a new mom), my mother (of course), and my god-mother. Our recent one-off musical performance of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers required the most astonishing number of flowers to be arranged on stage. Your flower delivery was early enough to give us plenty of time for dress rehearsal and iron out the various dance steps that would have been affected by the new flowers. I thank you for putting some joy into the life of one of my closest friends. Sadly, she passed away from cancer recently much too young. The flowers that were delivered to her hospice always brightened her day no matter what her mood was. I tried to visit with her as often as I could, but busy lives often get in the way of such relationships. The flowers she received had no such problems, though. She often said that it was as if I were there, and she would talk to the flowers as if they were me. I say thank you again for putting some life into her death and for giving everyone involved with her, including herself, some respite from the suffering.(Gwendolyn S. , Adelaide , Australia)
