I read some of your testimonials, and I thought, “come on, who really writes to a company to thank them for actually doing their job?” There are so many companies that do just the minimum necessary to fulfill their customer agreements. Well now here I am writing to you tell you that you exceeded my expectations. I didn’t have any idea that it was possible to exceed expectations from a flower delivery company. But you did for sure. My mother visited for a short time last spring, and she noticed something completely new, for her anyway. She noticed that there was this celebration called Mother's Day that everyone takes so seriously. Now she demands that she be treated like an American mother and have flowers and cards and calls and gifts sent to her. All this so she can say that her daughters in America recognize that she is an American mother by proxy or something. What a nice surprise to find a flower shop that specializes in plants. The wide variety of plants that you have available to send is unusual and interesting.
