I have dealt with certain delivery companies before who could not handle a slight discrepancy in the address with any smarts at all. It seems like if two numbers in a zipcode are transposed, it stops them in their tracks and they delay a couple days and charge you half again as much. I admit that I sometimes get zipcodes wrong. My memory isn’t what it used to be. But someone over there recognized the mistake I made on a flower delivery and it didn’t slow them down a whit. I wish I knew who it was, because I would thank them from an old woman, so I’m saying thank you to you for possibly training your flower delivery people that way.(Bonita R. , Houma LA )

I wanted to tell you that there's a new mother that appreciated the delivery of flowers to her bedside. My granddaughter entered the world last week. Sadly, the father could not be there because he's in Afghanistan. I saw the flowers arrive, and I saw the gleam in my daughter's eyes because she knew instantly who they were from. I saw the card and I thought I would share this with you because I was a little surprised that someone in Afghanistan could order flowers that look as nice as these. I wish someone had told me about you earlier. I don’t like talking about this, but the flowers at my grandmother’s funeral last year were unnecessarily gaudy. She didn’t like a big show, and I always thought she would have disapproved of them. Unfortunately, my mother died this year. I had used you before for birthdays, so I thought it couldn’t be worse than what my grandmother had. I feel strange saying this, but I think both of them would have really loved the flowers and arrangements that your people put together and delivered to the chapel for the service.
