I don't know if it's such a good idea that you have same day delivery, because it doesn't give me a chance to think everything through before things start to happen. Valentine's Day has special significance in our house because it was the day that we closed escrow six years ago. It was a very trying time, trying to sell a house and buy a house at the same time.
