For example, you show what you are going to deliver and then you deliver it. That's about it. It's very simple and it works very well. It's absolutely lovely that a Brit who lives in Brazil can send flowers to Australia from an American company. This is a brave new world we live in, and I, for one, absolutely love this part of it.
