It’s late, but I wanted to write and tell you that the flowers really did come for my father’s birthday. I had been calling and calling your office to make sure they had arrived, and they hadn’t yet. It turned out that they got there before I even called the first time, and my father was enjoying them, but the nurse’s station got the wrong room. After that it was just a comedy of errors. I tried one of those cut rate (pardon the pun) online flower delivery sites, and I now know there is a reason they are so cut rate. I don't exactly know how this all works, but I'm convinced now that it makes a difference who you decide to use when you order flowers, after getting more than one order screwed up. The old codger will never admit it, but he appreciates the way they brighten up his dark, dank three-room cabin in the mountains.
