I was very worried about the flowers that I sent to him. But the person on the phone assured me it would be OK. I was still worried. Until I got the message that the flowers were delivered to the right place. My brother was so surprised, he could not stop laughing at me for sending him flowers. The whole wedding party just about broke down in tears when the bride walked in with her swanlike bouquet of long-stemmed white roses. I hope that doesn't sound flip. I always thought a bouquet in a wedding was gardening flowers - daisies, maybe wild roses, dahlias, you know, like that. But all roses? I never would have ordered them if it was up to me, but she really wanted them. I wouldn't have though of it, but they were really spectacular.
