Good gracious! Just about everything went wrong with my sister's wedding. It was her third marriage, and I don't know what she was expecting mixing her dogs in the ceremony with the swans in a makeshift pool. It might have been funnier if I wasn't trying to hold it all together. Maybe I'll laugh about it someday. She noticed that there was this celebration called Mother's Day that everyone takes so seriously. All this so she can say that her daughters in America recognize that she is an American mother by proxy or something.
