I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. I've often found myself only using FTD for sending flowers just because they seem to be very reputable, and I've never had any problems.
