My confession is this: you weren't my first choice for sending flowers, but you were recommended by my assistant, who I guess had had a good experience. I wouldn't have even told you about this, but my initial hesitation was based on the my experience with other Internet delivery companies. Delivering flowers is delivering flowers, and for that your company should be at the very most proud of accomplishing what you set out to do.
