I just wanted to thank you for being as professional as you are about something many people find superficial and extraneous. Though some people I know consider flowers and floral decoration to be just that, decoration, I see it as more of a gift that celebrates the beauty of life. Once on the week before to announce my arrival, and once to arrive on Saturday at my hotel so I could bring them over. I had to take more than a few calls from people who asked me to send them again because the fruit was actually rotten.
