I don't think it's entirely fair that all my friends and family get to see the lovely flowers that I order from you, and I get to see bupkus. Not even a lousy picture. Sheesh, you'd think someone would take the hint and at least send me something. I hear from them about how wonderful and lovely my gifts are by calling me and sending me e-mails, but do they take a picture, or better yet, send me flowers back? I like that you can add extras to the arrangements you send for a reasonable charge. I sent the Butterfly Basket and added a balloon onto it for my best friend's birthday. I have a lot of people around me, but it can be kind of lonely as the only American working in this office. I love my job, but I sometimes miss following sports and talking to American girls. It's nice to stay in touch with e-mail , but it's much more satisfying to send and receive flowers as a gesture of effort to stay in touch. It would be a better symbol of effort if it actually took any effort on my part to order from you. But, like they say, it's the thought that counts. My sister went into labor at 3:00 on Tuesday. I got the news and ordered flowers to be sent to her recovery room. Imagine my surprise when the labor lasted longer than the delivery time for the flowers.
