I don't think it's entirely fair that all my friends and family get to see the lovely flowers that I order from you, and I get to see bupkus. Not even a lousy picture. Sheesh, you'd think someone would take the hint and at least send me something. I hear from them about how wonderful and lovely my gifts are by calling me and sending me e-mails, but do they take a picture, or better yet, send me flowers back? No one ever listens to me. I tell them to order from you guys, but do they listen? They do not. I order flowers and gifts from you guys all the time, and I’ve never had occasion to be dissatisfied. By contrast, those people who don’t listen to me seem like they’re constantly complaining about how this delivery or that had some problem with it (wrong color, wrong flowers, bad quality, etc.). But he later called me and said that it was the only thing with a personality he'd had over in a long time. I sent him another one from your website, and he didn't "like" that one either.
