I have dealt with certain delivery companies before who could not handle a slight discrepancy in the address with any smarts at all. It seems like if two numbers in a zipcode are transposed, it stops them in their tracks and they delay a couple days and charge you half again as much. I admit that I sometimes get zipcodes wrong. My memory isn’t what it used to be. But someone over there recognized the mistake I made on a flower delivery and it didn’t slow them down a whit. Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. I found you among a good number of other flower ordering places. I really had no way to decide because there's so many of them. I'm a little embarrassed to say that I picked one at random. (Not exactly true, I picked one that used FTD at random). Yours happened to be the one I picked. I was so impressed with the delivery and the flowers that I tried another site picked out at random. Boy was I disappointed. I guess I just got lucky the first time.
