I don't get around as much as I used to. Let me explain. I am now in a wheelchair because of a degenerative disease. I find that I am relying more and more on Internet services to help me do day-to-day things. I have used a good number of online flower delivery sites, but yours is clearly the best. You have an advantage in the layout and usability of your website and also of the selection you have for people to choose from. I also noticed that you tend to be a bit faster than other places. I'd like to think that I was making my daughter happy when I sent flowers to her on her first day at college, but I really suspected that she was embarrassed by her mother in front of her dorm-mates. It was a little of both, I guess. She called to say that she really enjoyed them, but she asked if it was OK that she told everyone they were from her boyfriend. *sigh* There's only so much a mother can do. I like that you can add extras to the arrangements you send for a reasonable charge. I sent the Butterfly Basket and added a balloon onto it for my best friend's birthday. The “broken heart” flower stand arrangement was just perfect for my brother’s funeral. He died after a long, lingering illness, so it wasn’t a shock, but we wanted to think of it as an end to his suffering. The broken heart idea was perfect and it gave everyone a sense of how he lived as well as how he died.(Liz A. , College Station TX )

I have dealt with certain delivery companies before who could not handle a slight discrepancy in the address with any smarts at all. It seems like if two numbers in a zipcode are transposed, it stops them in their tracks and they delay a couple days and charge you half again as much. I admit that I sometimes get zipcodes wrong. My memory isn’t what it used to be. But someone over there recognized the mistake I made on a flower delivery and it didn’t slow them down a whit. I wish I knew who it was, because I would thank them from an old woman, so I’m saying thank you to you for possibly training your flower delivery people that way.(Bonita R. , Houma LA )
