I read some of your testimonials, and I thought, “come on, who really writes to a company to thank them for actually doing their job?” There are so many companies that do just the minimum necessary to fulfill their customer agreements. Well now here I am writing to you tell you that you exceeded my expectations. I didn’t have any idea that it was possible to exceed expectations from a flower delivery company. But you did for sure. The way my family celebrates Christmas, you would think it was Festivus. My dad always tries to challenge someone to wrestle and we have a tinsel lined pole in the back yard that I used to practice tetherball on. I don't know if my parents have developed a sense of humor or we're all really warped. I'm glad I was able to bring some semblance of normalcy into Christmas, though, with the flowers that I sent ahead of time.
