How great was Mother's Day this year? I sent two, count 'em, two sets of roses to my mother this time. Once on the week before to announce my arrival, and once to arrive on Saturday at my hotel so I could bring them over. I’m appreciative of the lengths you went to in order to resolve a credit card problem. It was partly my fault for waiting till the last minute in order to get my wife flowers for our anniversary. I was a little stressed about it being such a time crunch and my credit card problem, and I yelled at your customer service person. I apologize. I just sent some Valentine's Day roses to someone I've been admiring from afar for a while now. As I am writing this they are on route to him, and I don't know how he's going to react. I like that you have a world-wide reach with your delivery services. Being hooked into FTD couldn't hurt with that, right? I work with people all over the world, so it's important that I get whatever to wherever. If that means going with a different package delivery company than I use for domestic because it's more convenient, then fine. But I find that I don't do that with the gifts that I send, normally flowers. I notice that I use you folks wherever I need to send something.
