If there was one thing I would suggest that you change it's the pictures on your website. You need more vivid colors and more impressive foliage. The truly fantastic flowers that my parents get from you (from me) aren't really represented by the pictures on your website. That's what I wasn't quite prepared for. I got the thank you calls for when the flowers arrived, but I also got calls weeks later about how long the flowers were lasting.
