AAAAARRRGHHHH! I write to you to tell you that on my latest birthday present to my friend, who lives in Ireland, I used a different florist. I usually use you guys, but I saw a special on someone else’s website. It was special all right. It was meant for especially dumb people. I couldn’t believe it. There are two reasons I don’t order online. I’m always afraid I’ll click on the wrong thing, and something will get sent to an unsuspecting family in Siberia. And I don’t trust someone I can’t see. I have to say that your staff was able to handle an old curmudgeon like me who’s afraid of computers. My wife’s anniversary flowers arrived without a hitch.
