He was already enjoying them, saying they reminded him of my mother and when I was a baby. We both had a good cry. My confession is this: you weren't my first choice for sending flowers, but you were recommended by my assistant, who I guess had had a good experience. I wouldn't have even told you about this, but my initial hesitation was based on the my experience with other Internet delivery companies. I work with people all over the world, so it's important that I get whatever to wherever. If that means going with a different package delivery company than I use for domestic because it's more convenient, then fine. But I find that I don't do that with the gifts that I send, normally flowers. I notice that I use you folks wherever I need to send something. I guess I fell into the habit when I realized that you have handled every order I've ever thrown at you with grace and capability.
