I don't exactly know how this all works, but I'm convinced now that it makes a difference who you decide to use when you order flowers, after getting more than one order screwed up. I've often found myself only using FTD for sending flowers just because they seem to be very reputable, and I've never had any problems. I have a long list of people that I like to give stuff to, and it's the best way to keep stay connected with my friends from high school.
